My stay was severely disappointing due to the terrible condition of the facilities. The uneven surfaces were a significant safety hazard, and I ended up injuring myself, which ruined my trip. Additionally, the staff's lack of training made matters worse. they were unhelpful when I sought assistance.

I absolutely loved the unique decor throughout the hotel, which blended modern comfort with local culture beautifully. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, making it easy for seniors like myself to navigate the premises and enjoy our stay.

During my stay, I was captivated by the breathtaking views from my room and the convenience of having Baltit Fort just over 2 km away, making it perfect for a leisurely stroll to explore this historic landmark.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful spot! We enjoyed boating at Attabad Lake and hiked in the stunning nearby hills. The staff was really friendly and the food was solid too. Just a heads up, the wifi might not be the best.

Climbing the numerous stairs to get to the lobby became tiring after a while.

Exceptional views from our King Room with Lake View enhanced the experience, and the kettle made tea time convenient. However, pathways had uneven surfaces, which could be a safety concern for some. Additionally, while breakfast was satisfying, it would be nice to see more variety in local seafood options.
